YouTube recommended a video on conjoined twins (for some reason) so I watched it. I was stunned! I'd never heard of this pair of twins and I was absolutely astounded at how they seem to be getting on with their lives.
But, I couldn't help but wonder if these twins present a problem for theists or not. They share a body from the waist down as well as a shared circulatory system. Two hearts, stomachs and spines and heads but they each control one arm (I think they each control one leg, too).
Are they two separate souls? Will they be together or separate in heaven? Did god or satan make them this way? This must be a puzzle for theists....

If someone were to marry one of these girls, and have sex with her, assuming they share one set of sexual organs, would he not also be having sex with the sister? In effect, would that not make the husband and the sister sinners?
Why didn't god include a disclaimer to this passage in Leviticus 18:18?
"'Do not take your wife's sister as a rival wife and have sexual relations with her while your wife is living."*
*unless the wife and sister are conjoined twins sharing the same reproductive organs... then I'll let it slide. - god.
I always wondered what kind of dilemma identical (monozygotic) twins pose for people that insist that life (and thus, I would assume, "a soul") begins at conception. In most cases, the zygote of identical twins separates a couple of days after conception (and sometimes never, if they're conjoined).
Does a soul not coincide with conception? If so, does it separate for identical twins, or does one of them get their own soul after separation?
