I've been studying atheist blogs and videos for over a year and I don't remember coming across Alan Deshowitz. I think these two videos were made in 2000 and I hear him making arguments that Dawkins would make years later:

I saw the Claus von Bulow movie a few months ago. It's based on a true story and Dershowitz was the lawyer.
Anyway, I didn't know he was active in other areas.
